This Japanese holo Team Rocket’s Wobbuffet card 040/098 (ロケット団のソーナンス) comes from sv10 The Glory of Team Rocket (2025), the set entirely devoted to Team Rocket, released in the West as Destined Rivals. Kazumasa Yasukuni has the Patient Pokémon bursting out laughing in an alley of pink fumes, a nod to Jessie’s Wobbuffet in the anime – and its Rocket Mirror attack sends damage back to the opponent, true to its nature: it never attacks of its own accord.
