Buizel card – the otter that floats on its back
This Japanese Buizel card 023/072 (ブイゼル / Buizel) comes from sm3+ Shining Legends (2017), the special set of shiny Pokémon, reprinted in the West as Shining Legends. Sekio has it float on its back down a river with flowery banks, its inflated collar serving as a float — it swims by spinning its two tails like a propeller, and deflates its float to dive, explains the Pokédex. A watercolour of rare gentleness.
Buizel card specifications

It will cross paths in the water with the Sealeo from this same batch — and the shy Wiglett, which prefers to watch the swimmers from its sand hole.
