Rigid Band 034/053 – Deck Miraidon-ex (svHM) – Japanese Pokémon Card

Rigid Band – the armour of Stage 1 Pokémon

This Japanese Trainer Pokémon Tool card Rigid Band 034/053 (ガチガチバンド / Rigid Band) comes from the svHM Starter Deck & Build Set Miraidon-ex (2024), a starter box that remained exclusive to Japan – it reprints the card from Scarlet & Violet—151 (165/165). Toyste Beach draws the black-and-yellow band bristling with plates, against a background of orange honeycomb cells. In play, it is a classic of Stage 1 decks: 30 less damage from every attack taken.

Rigid Band card specifications

• Trainer card, Pokémon Tool type (only one per Pokémon)
• Effect: the Stage 1 Pokémon this card is attached to takes 30 less damage from attacks from your opponent’s Pokémon (after applying Weakness and Resistance)
• Number 034/053 of the svHM box, illustration by Toyste Beach, ©2024

It is ideal on the shop’s Stage 1 Pokémon, such as Braviary or the Sun & Moon Simipour. Beware of Jamming Tower, though, which cancels Tools. The shop’s other Tool, the Ancient Booster Energy Capsule, strengthens Ancient Pokémon.

Also worth a look in the shop: budget-friendly Japanese cards.

Real photos – two copies available

The photos on this listing show the exact cards you will receive (two copies available, each photographed). The card is shipped in a sleeve, between two rigid cardboard sheets with bubble wrap, by La Poste tracked letter from France (top loader optional).

Another Tool in the shop: Panic Mask 094/100, which protects against opposing Pokémon with 40 HP or less.

Beware of Tool Scrapper, now in the shop: it can discard up to 2 Tools, including this Band.

Another Tool in the shop: Protective Goggles, which remove the Weakness of a Basic Pokémon.

For Basic Pokémon, the Tool from the same deck has arrived: Bravery Charm.
