This Japanese card Letter of Encouragement 162/190 (はげましのてがみ / Letter of Encouragement) comes from sv4a Shiny Treasure ex (2023), the big “high class” set packed with shiny cards, released in the West as Paldean Fates. Toyste Beach composes a delicate kraft envelope tied with a ribbon, red flowers resting on top – a kind note that can only be played after you lose a Pokémon, but then brings up to 3 Basic Energy from your deck into your hand.
