This Penny Special Art Rare (Pania in French), a key character in the plot of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and founder of Team Star, comes from the Japanese expansion sv1S “Scarlet ex” (January 2023), the very first set of the Scarlet & Violet era. Secret rare numbered 105/078.

The illustration

Signed OKACHEKE, it shows Penny sitting on a classroom desk at sunset, her Eevee beside her, Poké Ball in hand – a warm composition highly sought after by collectors of Trainer cards and Eevee fans.
