Zapdos holo 050/184 – VMAX Climax (s8b) – Japanese Pokémon Card

Zapdos holo card – the legendary thunder bird

This holographic Japanese Zapdos card 050/184 (サンダー / Zapdos) comes from s8b VMAX Climax (2021), the “high class” set at the end of the Sword & Shield era – it is a reprint of the card released in the West in Vivid Voltage (048/185). Akira Egawa has the legendary bird cleave the storm on its jagged wings – it lives in thunderclouds and wields lightning at will, the Pokédex tells us. Its surgical bolt strikes down Pokémon V and Pokémon-GX, even on the Bench.

Zapdos card specifications

• First attack: 20 damage
• Second attack: discard all Energy from this Pokémon; this attack does 160 damage to 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon V or Pokémon-GX (don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon)
