Dugtrio card – the mole trio of the starter deck
This Japanese Dugtrio card 002/024 (ダグトリオ / Dugtrio) comes from the sA Starter Set V (2019), the Fighting starter deck that launched the Sword & Shield era in Japan – a printing that remained exclusive to Japan. Kyoko Umemoto has the three moles burst from a pile of pebbles, while three Diglett poke their noses out right beside them. These triplets show remarkable teamwork: they dig as far as 100 km underground and can cause earthquakes, the Pokédex tells us.
