Description de ce produit

Wimpod card – the beach sea slater as seen by Komiya

This Japanese Wimpod card 020/094 (コソクムシ / Wimpod) comes from sm11 Miracle Twin (2019), released in the West in Unified Minds (050/236). Tomokazu Komiya, recognisable by his thick strokes of bright colours, has it scuttling across a golden beach under a swirling sky. It picks up everything lying around, including coins, which gets it attacked by Murkrow and Meowth, the Pokédex jokes.

Card details

  • Basic Pokémon, Water type, 70 HP, Grass weakness ×2
  • Attack: 10 damage; if the Defending Pokémon tries to attack during your opponent’s next turn, your opponent flips a coin; if tails, that attack doesn’t happen
  • Rarity C, number 020/094, illustration by Tomokazu Komiya, ©2019

Another version is in the shop: the Raging Surf Wimpod. Tomokazu Komiya also illustrated Sandile and Roggenrola. From the same Miracle Twin set, Tirtouga is on the shelves.

Also worth a look in the shop: affordable Japanese cards.
