Whimsicott – the travelling cotton ball of Terastal Festival
This Japanese holographic Whimsicott card 005/187 (エルフーン / Whimsicott) comes from sv8a Terastal Festival ex (2024), the big “high class” set released in the West as Prismatic Evolutions. Mizue has the cotton ball of Unova float through a stormy sky with iridescent reflections – an inveterate prankster, it scatters its cotton everywhere, but once soaked it becomes too heavy to move, the Pokédex teases. Its Ability fully heals your Grass attacker at the cost of its Energy.
