Cyd amiibo card no. 429 – Series 5
Cyd (Punk in French) is an elephant with a punk-rock look who arrived with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Behind the tough exterior, he is an endearing resident, popular with players who like original styles. This card belongs to Animal Crossing amiibo card series 5, released in November 2021.
Invite Cyd to your island
Cyd is a villager: in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, scan his card from the Nook Stop terminal to invite him to your campsite. After several visits, you can ask him to move onto your island. You can also meet him at The Roost café, in Photopia or in the Happy Home Paradise expansion.
Japanese version, compatible with your Switch
This card is a Japanese version. Only the name printed on the card is in Japanese: amiibo are not region-locked, the card works on every Switch console, and Punk appears in the game with his French name.
