Marina amiibo card no. 234 – Series 3
Marina (Marina in French, タコリーナ in Japan) is a pink octopus recognisable by her polka-dot dress and golden cheeks. Octopuses are few and far between in Animal Crossing, which makes Marina one of the villagers players most want to find. This card belongs to Animal Crossing amiibo card series 3, released in 2016.
Invite Marina to your island
Marina is a villager: in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, scan her card from the Nook Stop terminal to invite her to your campsite. After several visits, you can ask her to move onto your island. You can also meet her at The Roost café, in Photopia or in the Happy Home Paradise expansion.
Japanese version, compatible with your Switch
This card is a Japanese version. Only the name printed on the card is in Japanese: amiibo are not region-locked, the card works on every Switch console, and Marina appears in the game with her French name.
