Japanese UR Pokémon Cards: The Golden Ultra Rares

UR (Ultra Rare) cards are the golden cards: Pokémon-ex, Items, Tools or Energies entirely covered in gold, at the end of the numbering. They often close an expansion’s card list.

Look for the letters “UR” and the highest number in the set. In the West, these golden cards correspond to Hyper Rares (or the golden secret rares of earlier eras).
