Shiny Treasure ex (sv4a)

Shiny Treasure ex (sv4a) Expansion: All the Japanese Pokémon Cards

Released in Japan in 2023, the Shiny Treasure ex (sv4a) set is a premium special expansion from the Scarlet & Violet era. This high class pack is devoted to shiny Pokémon: over a hundred shiny versions, including a Charizard ex that became one of the flagship cards of the era. The official card list has 190 cards, plus the secret rares numbered beyond 190.

The English-language equivalent of Shiny Treasure ex is the Paldean Fates expansion. Japanese cards often have a more refined finish and a different market value from their Western versions, which explains why collectors are drawn to the original edition.

Shiny Pokémon get their own high class pack in every era: Shiny Star V (s4a) and GX Ultra Shiny (sm8b). In Japanese release order, the previous set available in the shop is Future Flash (sv4M), and the next one is Wild Force (sv5K). You can also find all the Scarlet & Violet sets on our dedicated page.

At Cartes Japonaises, every Shiny Treasure ex card is sold individually and photographed as it is: you see exactly the copy that will be shipped, in a sleeve and top loader. Cards from Shiny Treasure ex that have already passed through the shop include Arven, Charizard ex and Quaquaval ex.
